Congratulations to the winners and thank you to everyone who submitted their films. A large thank you to our jury members, Henry Selick, Joe and Joan Clokey, and thank you to special guests Anthony Scott and James Caliri.
Thanks to everyone who sacrifices their body and their time creating stop motion films and thanks to everyone who's passionately obsessed with them enough to come out to screenings. Thank you to all of our lovely and enthusiastic volunteers, and a massive thank you to Erik Goulet for starting such an amazing festival!
This was simply the most fantastic festival I've ever been to. I literally can't remember the last time I had this much fun! Wonderful people, amazing films, and so much passion and love for the art that it's just incredible.
Seriously folks, even if you have to go out of your way, you need to make it a point to go to this festival if at all possible.
Some pictures from the first day have been posted on facebook! Here's the link:

Today was such a blast!!! I can hardly wait for more tomorrow!
last year was incredible, I can't wait to go back again this year! I will be the kid with the suspenders on.
And I'll be the short-ish gal with glasses and a magenta Vespa messenger bag, most likely grinning like an idiot the whole time.
Yes we need to let people know who we are! I will be the guy with a silly expression on his face :)
