Cool!  I'm going to listen to this while I work on my puppet today!

look forward to listening

Loved the use of antennas. But I would like you to elaborate on the grass rig, even though you call it simple it seems a quite intriguing device. Thanks for sharing!!

Anthony; you also talked about getting thinner and thinner wire before reaching the right tension for the scarf.

I wonder where you got those.

I've got the KineticArmatures range up to the 1.60 mm, but have found it impossible to find wires between their 1.25 and 1.60 mm except one from Benecreat which is 1.5 mm that I actually find stiffer than the 1.6 mm. Between the 1.25 and 1.60 there's a huge step and for some I find them either to soft or tough for the purpose.

Simple in the sense that it was basically a spool of monofilament attached to sections of grass. We had several. The spool could be tightened and locked off so tension was not lost as it pulled on the section, or loosened to animate the grass in the opposite direction.

I don't know where we got those specific wires. I tend to use floral wire, it is wrapped with thin thread. I avoid steel wire, too stiff, and kinks up. Sorry I don't know a brand name of favorite wire.
