"DateNightHair.MP4 I used Museum Wax to move the pupils in this shot."

"A lot of people use Vaseline to allow the pupils to be moved but remain stuck to the eye surface. If you are using a flat eye surface, this should not be too difficult."

"If you use soft foam inside the silicone, the rubber can soak into it and make it very stiff. So you may need to create a mould for the silicone skin that has the same shape inside as the balsa/styrofoam/soft foam."

"I was going to put a hard styrofoam in the chest and pelvis to stabilize it, then put a sponge inside the other side and add silicon only to the thin sheath!It's good to hear that soft silicon can be made opaque. I'll test the rest…"

"If you cast the large bodies in solid silicone they will be heavy and hard to animate. Use some blocks of hard foam or balsa with your armature to give some solid bulk, then cast the silicone round it."
