J.H.D. International SuperSpy - Creating "Blowfish"

Creating a mad scientist was never going to be an easy task, however this is the first animation I have ever done so I was pretty clueless when I was attempting to make an armature... It also didn't help that the Barbie jacket I got my mother to strip off of my Barbie and send to me needed  to have the collar re-sewn.
