Heya everyone, so just a bit about my current project, a stop motion animation called YATS Alchemy.

Here's the basic description of what happens in the film:

The Story

The story follows a scientist living in an observatory with only two companions; his dog and his telescope.

He lives in hope of one day finding the sun he so desperately needs but it feels like an impossible task.
In the introduction you see how he lives a very depressing life; his daily routine much the same: getting out of bed, feeding his dog, trying new coordinates and returning to bed.
One night in bed we see into history where he is young. In a field he plays with a girl (his true love). They run together, laugh, role, spin, it was very energetic and most importantly he is smiling. Eventually it fades back into reality where we see he is waking up. However due to his dream he is in a much happier mood and although his daily routine while still slow and repetitive he smiles and his memories keep him going and he now takes the time to play with his dog, where he had previously just let the dog to its own things.
His technique to look at co-ordinates is just to wildly Spin the telescope and wait and see where it points to,  however, when he looks down it he still has no luck, he turns away, Pats his  dog and puts his head in his hands.
Suddenly light begins to emerge from the sky. It takes a moment to realise, at first he thinks he has finally gone mad but then slowly he realises it is not a dream, it is reality. At the same moment as the light appears we see  the room one with pealing wallpaper, dead plants, and a lack of life. now restored to how it once looked  long time ago; when he was happy.
We are left with one shot, we see he is hand-in-hand with his dog. We see a look of happiness, as this fades round again we see he is actually hand-in-hand with the girl we saw in his dream. This then fades out to darkness. We are left as an audience to assume his future.

I am currently trying to find £800 to build a 5/6axis motion control rig to integreate in to dragonframe for the filming

Interesting, but how do you plan to build 5/6axis motion control rig with 800 £ ?

im going to be using an arduino as the main board, using sparkys stepper motor drivers, with bipolar motors, all will be geared, also giving it more torque as well as a minimal degree movement to allow more control, a vast amount of the materials are coming from scrapyards to, which helps to keep costs down, overall it works out about £350 total of electronics.
