Bringing Imagination to Realization

Hello to all the good folks out there!

One crazy man and his dream. I would like to keep track all of my progress in one place and so will be adding to this blog as I go. Please scroll down and check it out:) Newest additions at the bottom.  I have, over the last several years, been learning some of the magic and mystique of an art form that first inspired me as a kid watching Ray Harryhausen's skeleton warriors. I am doing this because I was injured on duty and need direction and a source of positive energy. Meditation comes in many forms and this is mine. Fighting darkness with The Force.

I use TEDCO Studios as a frame of mind, a form of initial focus point for the energy this adventure has been generating.

I want to thank every person who posts, shares, helps and encourages others. I would not be able to have accomplished what I have in the last months learning character creation and stop motion and lighting without your help. I am truly grateful.

Now that I have learned a few more etiquette guidelines for this site I will start posting the things I have been working on in a blog to try to keep things in order. Clearly visible in the picture of one of my workstations, you can see that I work my fingers to the bone in everything I do trying to learn as much as possible over the last few months from all you incredibly talented people out there. ;) Thank you all so much. Hi Tim,

Thank you very much for your message.  Have you gotten things set up there?  I have a friend named Alicia who set up a stop mo outfit downtown, and one time David Bowes and Lisa Jane Grey had something going too.

Thanks for the compliment. I've been a stopmo fan for approximately 38 years, so I guess you accumulate a little knowledge over time, even if I don't actually practice the art very often. Good luck on your projects! (BTW, my avatar is a she! She's Graziella, the star of my last production...which was also the first bit of animation I've done in 30 years.)
