I animated this quick character test last week. He is a latex buildup puppet. I did it to test the walking, but my main goal was trying to get emotion out of the character with body language. This was the last thing I animated before college. There are a few things I wish were different, but I am pretty happy with it, any thoughts?

That test is actually a little gem. All the movements are good, but it was his reaction to the falling petals that really spoke to me. I think you will be doing great things!
As i said on facebook... you are a master Ian!
Wonderful ... a perfect (well pretty close ;-) example of a stopmation animated short.
Loved the character, the timing & duration, and the clown walk cycle. The look on his face (reaction) as Nick noted is priceless.
Well done .... encore!
That looks great!
Hi Ian! It's me WandG Mastermind from the forums in Wallace&Gromit. official site. This animation test was excellent! I really liked it. Looking forward to more of your great and entertaining animations.
Good Job! =D
Thanks so much everyone! This is an image of the armature I had in it, fairly simple but it seems to work.
Well animated! Fluent movements and nice acting.
what is the size of the wire that you used for the hands? Nice armature! ;)
I can't remember the exact gauge, but it is pretty thin, floral wire I think.
